Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to support a ServiceNow transformation project. The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to define product vision, create user stories, and guide the development of ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap for ServiceNow implementation.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories.
• Prioritize the product backlog and ensure development teams understand requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, and ServiceNow developers).
• Review and validate completed work to ensure it meets business needs.
• Support ServiceNow module rollouts such as CSM, ITSM, or CRM.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.

• Strong experience as a Product Owner.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, especially CSM, ITSM, or CRM modules.
• Ability to define product vision and drive transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
