Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for testing tools and test automation projects
• Lead and manage the testing team to execute test cases, report defects, and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones
• Utilize testing tools and test automation (EMB), selenium, java to automate test cases and enhance test efficiency
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and priorities
• Analyze test results, track defects, and provide recommendations for improvements in the testing process
• Stay updated on the latest testing tools and test automation trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in testing practices

• Proficiency in testing tools and test automation (EMB), selenium, java
• Strong experience in developing and executing test scripts using selenium and java
• Hands on experience with EMB (Electronic Measurement Bulletin) for testing purposes
• Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a testing team
• Ability to work collaboratively with other stakeholders to achieve testing goals
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB), selenium, java are a plus

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Cypress for web applications.
• Create and execute automated tests for functional, regression, and end to end scenarios.
• Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery CICD pipelines.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to define test strategies, identify automation opportunities, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Debug test failures, perform root cause analysis, and work with developers to resolve identified issues.
• Analyze test results, generate reports, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of test automation processes and frameworks.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in test automation and Cypress.
