Job Goal:
The Digital Marketing Specialist supports Region 4's marketing initiatives by executing digital advertising, email marketing, and analytics-based optimization to drive engagement, conversions, and participation. This role develops, builds, and monitors digital campaigns across multiple platforms, manages email communications, tracks performance data, and produces short-form video or motion assets for digital use. Working collaboratively with the marketing team, the Digital Marketing Specialist ensures digital deliverables are accurate, targeted, and optimized to support organizational goals and position Region 4 as the partner of choice for districts.
