KPMG is seeking a Senior Specialist in Workday Talent and Performance to be part of our Managed Services practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the analysis, design, configuration, and delivery of Workday solutions while managing daily operations across managed services engagements. This includes system enhancements, break/fix support, release management, new feature deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives backed by thorough documentation of configuration choices and solution designs.
  • Lead post-production optimization efforts, enabling new features and driving process improvements.
  • Conduct configuration analysis and design sessions to implement scalable and sustainable Workday solutions.
  • Collaborate with both onshore and offshore team members to troubleshoot complex Workday issues, providing mentorship and guidance to junior consultants to ensure quality delivery.
  • Configure and support Workday HCM modules, focusing on Talent Management, Performance Reviews, and Succession Planning. Ensure aligned business processes like goal setting, talent reviews, feedback cycles, and career development planning reflect client-specific workflows and organizational strategies.
  • Exhibit integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful work culture.
Qualifications:
  • At least three years of recent experience in post-production and managed services support or consulting in Workday HCM, specifically in Talent and Performance.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required. Workday certification/skills in HCM and Talent and Performance are mandatory. Candidates without certification will need to obtain it within three months of hiring.
  • Preferred additional Workday certifications/skills in one or more of the following areas: HCM Core, Advanced Reporting, Learning, People Experience, Recruiting, and Benefits.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with integration teams to support interfaces between Workday and external HCM & Talent and Performance systems.
  • Strong understanding of HCM, Talent, and Performance processes, including goal management, performance reviews, succession planning, and talent reviews.
