As a ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Manager, you will lead transformative initiatives in a vital area of our consulting practice. This client-facing role offers the chance to showcase your leadership and mentoring skills, while also developing strong relationships with clients. You will be at the forefront of helping businesses navigate complex challenges and delivering essential solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery teams to implement ServiceNow solutions and ensure the effectiveness of processes and solutions.
• Oversee the completion of deliverables and track project status, ensuring alignment with performance goals.
• Engage actively in client workshops, guiding workstreams from initial planning through to final execution.

• Lead ServiceNow SPM projects across all delivery phases, ensuring high-quality execution and outcomes.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of consultants, developers, and testers, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Build and enhance relationships with clients, illustrating the value of EY's services.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen, making data-driven decisions and addressing conflicts effectively.
• Guide clients on effective process implementations via technology transformation.
• Conduct analysis of company operations to provide strategic recommendations.
• Facilitate design sessions and requirements workshops with key stakeholders.
• Utilize both agile and waterfall methodologies for project management and delivery.
• Support pre-sales activities by preparing proposals and estimates.
• Create high-quality project deliverables and documentation.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow SPM projects.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Strategic Portfolio Management.
• 5+ years of experience in a consulting role, preferably within a Big 4 firm.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams.
• A valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel for client engagements.

Ideally, You'll Also Have:

• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Experience in ServiceNow's AI solutions.
• Performance analytics and reporting experience.

The base salary for this role ranges from $142,600 to $261,500, varying by location.
