Responsibilities of the Implementation Team Leader include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct accurate data collection activities during implementations
  • This position requires 95% travel
  • Ensure accurate and successful operational launches
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and timeliness on all implementation processes as outlined in DXP SCS implementation timeline
  • Conduct storeroom organization, labeling, data collection in Data Collection Tool, and validation of parts as directed by SMART
  • Conduct implementation kick-off meetings and subsequent weekly status meetings with client stakeholders along with the accounts General Manager
  • Conduct interviews and make recommendations to the General Manager of potential candidates
  • Conduct training and certification of newly hired operational staff in P21
  • Accurate and timely communication at all levels
Qualifications of the Implementation Team Leader include, but are not limited to:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • SAP experience
  • MRO and industrial parts knowledge
  • Able to multi-task while maintaining and adhering to established project timelines
  • Direct and managing personnel in supporting project goals

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
