This position is located with our McWilliams School of Biomedical Informatics. It is a Non Exempt, Casual status position with No benefits.

The role is not to exceed 19.5 hours per week.

Position Summary:

Assists research staff in basic to moderately complex tasks to support research initiatives and activities.

Position Key Accountabilities:

1. Handles general inquiries and collects and processes paperwork related to study participants and research data collection.
2. Schedules study participants for interviews, educational training sessions, or clinical testing/physicals.
3. Conducts phone surveys with study participants.
4. Prepares documents and collection kits for field data collection activities.
5. Assists in the preparation of graphs, tables, study reports and presentation materials.
6. May assist in data entry.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Certification/Skills:

Minimum Education:

High school diploma required. Must be currently enrolled or will be enrolled in Bachelor's Degree Program or higher.

Minimum Experience:

None.

Physical Requirements:

Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.

Security Sensitive:
