This role is field-based, and candidates should live within a reasonable distance from a primary city. Talent will be hired at a level commensurate with experience.
The Customer Development Manager (CDM) is a key member of brand strategic marketing. The CDM is the primary point of contact for AbbVie Eye Care's Anterior Segment Marketing brand teams within an assigned geographical region, interacting with KOLs for the purpose of gathering on-label insight aligned to company strategic plans for a specific therapeutic area. Additionally, they partner with franchise marketing leads and field leaders to help develop regional commercial marketing plans where needed, along with help to ensure/monitor execution is consistent with regional/national strategy.
