About the Position

As a Concrete Project Manager, you will lead our concrete projects from start to finish. Your role will encompass project setup, procurement, contract execution, compliance, and coordination with various teams. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Review and execute project contracts and scope of work.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards on all projects.
• Review job costs and estimates effectively.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and sequencing.
• Track project quantities and progress diligently.
• Prepare job cost reports and provide forecasting.
• Approve invoices and manage coding efficiently.
• Procure materials and equipment as necessary.
• Issue and track change orders effectively.
• Estimate pricing for change orders when needed.
• Maintain clear communication with general contractors and owners.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers for resource allocation.
• Mentor and guide Project Engineers.

Education/Experience/Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.

• Experience in project setup, budget planning, and cost reporting.
• Understanding of critical path scheduling.
• Proven experience leading successful project teams.
• Energetic and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and in teams.
• Physical ability to navigate job sites, including climbing ladders and scaffolding.
