Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Millwright to join our team. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical equipment to ensure reliable operation for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Install, align, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including pumps, motors, gearboxes, and conveyors
• Perform equipment alignments, bearing replacements, and mechanical adjustments
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals
• Use precision measuring and alignment tools
• Work in the shop and at customer sites as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

• Previous experience as a Millwright or industrial mechanic
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Valid driver's license
  Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with rotating equipment and industrial pumps
• Alignment or vibration analysis experience
• Welding or basic machining experience a plus

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 6am-6pm
