Join our dynamic Installation Team working on cutting-edge Telecommunication and Product installs. We are seeking skilled technicians who excel in the following areas:

• Running, stitching, testing, and terminating power systems
• Running, stitching, and terminating Cat-6 cabling
• Building and erecting ironwork with secure top/bottom support
• Fiber running, scoping, cleaning, testing, and terminating

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with minimal supervision and be certified in Skill levels 1, 2, and 3
• Input job statuses, issues, and expense information into the Project Management platform
• Reconcile materials for sales orders using inventory control forms
• Understand the project scope and customer expectations, including profitability objectives and timelines
• Control all on-site job aspects, ensuring customer satisfaction in collaboration with the Installation Supervisor or Project Manager
• Engage with supervisors and engineering to resolve order issues and manage job specifications and documentation
• Maintain tools and monitor calibration requirements
• Conduct hardware testing including power verification and system tests
• Ensure all work meets customer quality standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Data Center/PoP/CO installations
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of basic power tools
• Capability to adapt to various work environments
• Familiarity with optical routing equipment and fiber optic cable installation
• Understanding of AC/DC power systems and infrastructure installation

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent use of hands for typing, writing, and handling paperwork
• Ability to climb ladders and work under raised floors
• Capability to cut and drill metal and concrete
• Must be able to distinguish colors
• Occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds
• Close vision required for detailed work

Special Requirements:

• Willingness to travel extensively
• Provision of personal hand tools
• Telecommunication certifications
• Valid Driver's License
