Job Summary
The Retail & Industry Solutions (RIS) Android Product Manager is part of the Global Business Unit and is responsible for understanding the Android market and identifying key opportunities for innovation. This role will lead new product introduction and long-term platform planning to ensure a competitive and scalable Android portfolio. It works cross functionally to define product requirements, prioritize features, and guide products through the development lifecycle. The position also drives the creation and execution of product introduction plans to support successful launch and adoption. Strong collaboration, strategic planning, and influence across cross functional teams are essential to success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates with cross functional teams to develop and execute new Android platform introductions.
- Understands the Android market and identifies key opportunities to advance the product portfolio.
- Applies advanced subject matter expertise, contributes to complex initiatives, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and shaping product direction.
- Contributes to defining program metrics, goals, and benchmarks, and establishes mechanisms to track and communicate progress.
- Participates in developing and securing approval for comprehensive go to market (GTM) plans.
- Conducts postlaunch analysis to assess product and marketing effectiveness, identify insights, and drives follow up actions.
- Supports the development of customer segmentation strategies and helps tailor product experiences to key customer groups.
- Collaborates with sales teams to develop product training materials that improve knowledge and selling effectiveness.
- Participates in retailer or reseller account engagements to strengthen partnerships and support product adoption.
Education & Experience Recommended • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is
$130,700 to
$205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
