We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outreach Coordinator to be a part of the team that leads our outreach efforts for the H-GAC Enterprise Services programs. In this role, you will work on the development and execution of comprehensive outreach strategies to engage government agencies, vendors, and key stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure successful program implementation. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to utilize your graphic design skills to create visually appealing outreach materials. Travel to conferences and events will also be required.
What will I bedoing?
ü Develop and implement a strategic outreach plan to promote the H-GAC Enterprise programs and increase participation from government agencies and vendors.
ü Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, procurement officers, and vendor representatives.
ü Plan, coordinate and lead outreach events, workshops, and training sessions for government agencies and vendors.
ü Represent the organization and the H-GAC Enterprise Services programs at conferences, trade shows, and industry events, delivering presentations and networking with potential clients.
ü Utilize graphic design skills to create visually compelling outreach materials, including newsletters, brochures, presentations, and social media content.
ü Collaborate closely with the marketing, web, and communications teams to support integrated outreach and digital marketing campaigns.
ü Track and analyze outreach efforts, providing regular reports on the effectiveness of outreach strategies and making recommendations for improvement.
ü Conduct research and analysis to identify new outreach opportunities and potential partnerships.
ü Leverage AI-powered tools to assist with content creation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, analytics, and workflow efficiency.
ü Stay up to date with industry trends, procurement regulations, and best practices in cooperative purchasing and economic development.
ü Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach programs, making necessary adjustments for optimal results.
ü Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in outreach and community engagement.
Additionally, the Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for performing any other job duties assigned by the manager to support the overall objectives and success of the department.
KeyQualifications
ü Strong proficiency in graphic design tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or comparable platforms.
ü Demonstrated ability to create professional, visually engaging materials for both print and digital use. A portfolio of work is required and should demonstrate strong design and visual communication skills.
ü Working knowledge of AI-driven tools used for content creation, design support, analytics, marketing automation, or outreach optimization.
ü Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
ü Ability to travel to conferences and events as required.
ü Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
ü Knowledge of social media platforms and their role in outreach and community engagement.
ü Proficiency in using outreach and CRM software/tools.
ü Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications.
Do you have...
ü Bachelor's degree in an applicable academic discipline orrelatedfield of study
ü At least 3 years of relevant experience in outreach, community engagement, or marketing.
