In this role within Connected Supply Chain, you will prioritize optimizing supply chain operations while fostering enhanced end-to-end visibility and collaboration. Collaborating with clients, you will thoroughly analyze supply chain processes, pinpoint improvement areas, and devise strategies to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance responsiveness. You will also provide indispensable guidance on technology and data analytics, paving the way for a more connected and agile supply chain network.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum Degree Required:

Bachelor Degree

Required Fields of Study: Accounting, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Health Administration, Industrial Engineering

Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree Preferred: Master of Business Administration

Certification(s) Preferred: APICS CSCP, APICS CPIM, ISM CPSM, ISM CSM, or ISC CPSD

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing Kinaxis technology to achieve measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of demand planning, forecast development, and the impact of forecast accuracy on inventory, manufacturing, and logistics costs.
  • Able to communicate complex supply optimization analytics clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, alongside critical thinking capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Kinaxis planning and control tower tools.
  • Understanding various components of the demand planning process and their execution.
  • Experience in demand and supply planning for various manufacturing sectors.
  • Expertise in inventory management and optimization relative to cost and service levels.
  • Ability to assess current supply planning processes and identify opportunities for fulfillment and inventory improvement.
  • Experience in supply chain network planning and optimization, including material and capacity planning.
  • A solid grasp of key performance indicators critical to sales and operations planning (S&OP).
