Once ready, committed appointment setters will have the opportunity to advance into closing solar and roofing deals. Management opportunities are available quickly for those who demonstrate strong leadership qualities. As an appointment setter, you will work with the setter team in a targeted area each week, going door-to-door and having simple conversations with homeowners. Your goal is to determine a day later that week when one of our sales representatives can meet with them to assess whether roof replacement or solar is the right option. Our full-time appointment setters are currently scheduled to work Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM . This schedule is subject to change as individuals advance into closing roles.
