Summary: The Pump Mechanic will repair/fabricate a variety of centrifugal, gear, diaphragm, and reciprocating pumps, gear reducers and related rotating equipment, troubleshoot, disassemble, inspect and repair a variety of rotating equipment including centrifugal pumps (both single and multi-stage), gear pumps, reciprocating pumps and metering pumps, gear reducers, blowers (both vacuum and pressure), mechanical seals, and many other types of equipment.

Currently seeking a Temporary to Hire Pump Mechanic to join our Hempstead, Houston, TX location

Responsibilities of the Temporary Pump Mechanic include, but are not limited to:

• Repair, fabricate, install and remove a variety of centrifugal, gear, diaphragm, and reciprocating pumps as well as other related rotating equipment either in-house or in the field.
• Any other task as assigned by supervision.

Qualifications of the Temporary Pump Mechanic include, but are not limited to:

• Experience in pump repair
• Split case pump experience

Physical Demand: Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
