Front of House Staff - No Experience Required

Location: MarqE Plaza Houston, Aviator Pizza & Drafthouse

Position: Order Takers/Food Runners/Beer Tenders/ Runners

About Us:

Aviator Pizza & Drafthouse is a fast-casual restaurant specializing in pizza and craft beer. Our model involves customers ordering at the counter or via QR code at the table, with food and drinks delivered to their tables. We're looking for self-starters who are motivated and ready to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: Starting guaranteed minimum of $14-$20/hour, including tips, depending on experience, with an expectation of $17-$20/hour, including tips. Regular reviews every four months come with raises.
• Growth Opportunities: Cross-training available for those interested in advancing within the Aviator family, including potential management positions.
• Supportive Team: Led by a General Manager and an Alpha Staff, our team focuses on teaching and development, ensuring you're set up for success.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at entry and exit
• Keep the front of house clean and welcoming
• Accurately handle cash and card transactions
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Run food and drinks to tables
• Pour beer and prepare other beverages

Requirements:

• Basic English communication skills (we often have bilingual managers for support)
• Must be 18+ and TABC certified for alcohol service
• No prior experience needed, just a commitment to top-tier customer service and a sense of urgency
