This position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas to ensure smooth kitchen operations before, during, and after service.This role pays an hourly rate of $17.50.Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.This position will remain open until April 10, 2026.Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipmentMaintain cleanliness of dish area, floors, and trash stationsAssist with setup and breakdown of kitchen stations as neededRemove garbage and recycling, ensuring proper disposalSupport kitchen staff with basic cleaning or prep tasksFollow all food safety and sanitation proceduresAssist with transporting clean equipment to service areas as neededPrior experience as a dishwasher or in a kitchen environment preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume settingFlexible and dependable with a strong work ethicAble to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periodsWillingness to work early mornings, weekends, and long shiftsMust follow all health and safety guidelinesAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
