Connect Staffing is looking for a dedicated Inventory Clerk to join a leading solar distribution company in North Houston!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

Inventory Clerk Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years of recent inventory or warehouse experience
• Able to pass a background check and a drug screen
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Ability to lift 50+lbs
• Forklift experience required.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Previous experience in roles such as an Inventory Coordinator, Cycle Counter, Warehouse Clerk, or Warehouse Associate is a plus!

Inventory Clerk Responsibilities

• Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate records of all incoming and outgoing products, including solar inverters and other renewable energy components.
• Maintain accurate data entry in inventory management systems, generate reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and trends, and provide updates to management as needed.
• Conduct regular physical inventory audits to reconcile actual stock with inventory records, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure proper inventory organization in the warehouse, including labeling, storage, and product retrieval, to optimize space and efficiency.
• Work closely with other warehouse staff, including shipping and receiving clerks, to ensure smooth operations and timely order processing.
