What You'll Love:

• Schedule: 40 hrs/week, 4 days/week (Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri, 8a-6p)
• Patients: Manage a caseload of 15-20 patients per day, with a focus on chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and hypertension.
• Setting: Join a dedicated and supportive team within a correctional facility!
• Experience Required: Previous provider experience is essential.
• Start Date: ASAP; this is a 3-month assignment with high potential for renewal.
• Locations: Opportunities available in Beaumont, Palestine, Huntsville, Gatesville, Lovelady & Cotulla, TX.
