Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to cover a parental leave position for a Senior Merchandiser in Women's Running Apparel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of product merchandising, consumer insights, and retail metrics. This role is based in Beaverton, OR, and candidates must be local and available to start immediately.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in footwear, apparel, and/or accessories product merchandising, product creation, and/or retail in a vertical, multi-brand, or digital environment.
• Affinity for product, consumer insights, and trends.
• Strong knowledge of retail metrics and analytical skills.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis.
• Industry experience in apparel and/or performance sports/categories such as Running, Fitness/Training, or Outdoor.
• Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and influence within a matrix organization.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working with Planning, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies for Women's Running Apparel.
• Analyze consumer and market trends to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of merchandising plans.
