Job Summary: Join our team as a Customer Service Product Specialist, where you'll deliver outstanding service, assist customers with their needs, and ensure an organized and welcoming shopping environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a warm welcome and provide an exceptional experience.
Answer inquiries, suggest promotional items, and share detailed product information.
Handle transactions efficiently, including processing payments and refunds.
Assist in receiving and organizing merchandise shipments.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support the store's operations.
Requirements:
Must have English equestrian experience.
Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers and team members.
Good telephone etiquette.
Capable of multitasking while remaining attentive to customers.
Team-oriented with the ability to take initiative independently.
This position requires constant movement, effective listening, reaching, grabbing, and standing for the majority of the shift. Occasional bending, kneeling, and climbing may also be necessary.
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to deliver excellent service.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent, or in pursuit of such qualification.
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
