Job Summary:
Join our team as a Customer Service Product Specialist, where you'll deliver outstanding service, assist customers with their needs, and ensure an organized and welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a warm welcome and provide an exceptional experience.
  • Answer inquiries, suggest promotional items, and share detailed product information.
  • Handle transactions efficiently, including processing payments and refunds.
  • Assist in receiving and organizing merchandise shipments.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support the store's operations.

Requirements:

  • Must have English equestrian experience.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Good telephone etiquette.
  • Capable of multitasking while remaining attentive to customers.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to take initiative independently.
  • This position requires constant movement, effective listening, reaching, grabbing, and standing for the majority of the shift. Occasional bending, kneeling, and climbing may also be necessary.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to deliver excellent service.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or in pursuit of such qualification.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
