We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations and assist the Warehouse Administrator in ensuring smooth handling, storage, and movement of medical devices and materials. This is a hands-on, physically active role involving lifting, carrying, packing, and organizing inventory. The intern will gain practical exposure to warehouse operations, inventory handling, and logistics processes in a fast-growing healthcare technology environment.

Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Support & Physical Operations
  • Assist in receiving, unloading, lifting, and moving devices and materials within the warehouse.
  • Support proper storage, labeling, stacking, and organization of inventory.
  • Perform packing, boxing, and preparation of devices for outbound shipments.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse floor.
  • Inventory & Stock Handling
  • Assist in stock counting, cycle counts, and physical verification of inventory.
  • Support the Warehouse Administrator during inward and outward stock movements.
  • Help identify damaged, missing, or mismatched items and report discrepancies.
  • Shipment & Dispatch Support
  • Assist in preparing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately.
  • Support loading and unloading of shipments in coordination with logistics partners.
  • Ensure materials are handled carefully to avoid damage during movement or dispatch.
  • Quality & Compliance Support
  • Assist in basic Incoming Quality Checks (IQC) under guidance.
  • Segregate defective or returned devices as instructed. Follow safety guidelines, handling instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  • General Support
  • Provide on-ground support during audits, stock reconciliations, and warehouse activities.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse Administrator and operations team for daily tasks.
  • Perform any additional warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Fresher or up to 01 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or physical operations.
  • Willingness to perform manual and physical work, including lifting and carrying devices.
  • Basic understanding of inventory handling or warehouse operations is a plus.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
  • Good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
