Utilize various skip tracing techniques and collection strategies to locate the right parties. Responsible for outbound/inbound calls communicating with individuals regarding their account. Locate and monitor overdue accounts, notify customer of delinquent accounts. Persuade customers to pay amounts due, set payment arrangements, set up payment schedules. Manage email inbox, voicemails, and all communication logs to follow up with customers. Perform all other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bilingual in Spanish required High School Diploma or GED Previous consumer collections experience is required. Flexibility to work Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm; Availability for overtime as needed Basic computer skills and math skills required.
