Job Details

The Community Maintenance Assistant maintains the cleanliness of the communities and construction sites; completes minor punch-out under the supervision of the Construction Management team. It involves the daily inspection of model homes, the model home complex, completed homes for sale and homes under construction for cleanliness, proper job signage, maintenance items, and potential safety hazards. This position will be traveling to different community throughout the week. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for completing punchout for minor warranty, frame, paint, sheetrock, carpentry and other similar tasks as assigned and as deemed proficient in making such punchout. Inspects all common grounds including landscape areas, streets, walkways and trash enclosures, removing all trash. Sweeps or washes common areas and model walkways as directed. Responsible for the yard duties, including watering grass and pulling weeds.
