Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Cashier & Patron Services Associate to support the theater's concession and hospitality operations. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service, handling food and beverage sales, and helping maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. Flexibility is essential, as this position also supports additional theater areas as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, prompt service to all patrons at food and beverage counters.
Process cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately using the theater's POS system.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked food and beverage area.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring product levels.
Support guest needs by answering questions about menu items, and show details.
Follow all safety, accessibility, and customer-service standards set by the theater.
Qualifications
Experience in food service, concessions, retail, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and customer-interaction skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable operating POS systems in a cashless environment (training provided).
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Must be available evenings, weekends, and event nights.
Food handler's and TABC certification required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
