Description:
- 10+ years of experience in P&C Insurance Domain concepts and workflow and 7+ years of experience in Reinsurance core business processes.
- Re-Insurance, P&C, Business Analyst, Treaty and facultative Reinsurance, Retrocession, Quota share, Excess of loss knowledge and understanding.
- Ability to Lead and support the analysis of reinsurance underwriting related business processes, identification, and initiation of business process improvements in close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical architecture
- Creating and managing the business requirements in the product backlog (agile way of working), feature testing and managing user acceptance tests
- In-depth knowledge of the processes of the entire software development and product life cycle in an agile mode
- Track record of successful implementations that delivered value to the business, resulting in measurable business process improvements
- Consulting and collaborative working style creating a culture of accountability and sharing
- A high degree of commitment and the willingness and ability to master the various tasks are essential
