Title: CalAIM Project Manager
Location: Bay Area CA
Duration: 12 Months contract on Hybrid Schedule (will be required to be onsite as needed)

Job Description:
The Project Manager must be located in California, with a strong preference for candidates in the Bay Area. The selected individual must also be able to pass a background check and obtain clearance for access to the jail facility. 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or public sector environments Experience with the CalAIM initiative Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the CalAIM Project within the client. Key duties include developing the Project Charter, creating and maintaining a detailed Project Plan, and actively managing the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies). The Project Manager will also facilitate regular project meetings, provide clear and timely project status updates, and ensure deliverables align with quality standards and stakeholder expectations. This role requires strong collaboration across cross-functional teams, effective communication with internal and external partners, and the ability to navigate shifting priorities while keeping the project on track. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and reporting is essential.

Qualification:
Working knowledge of Epic systems (certification not required) Experience as a Business Analyst or in roles involving requirements gathering and workflow documentation

Education & Experience:
5-7 years of Project Management experience
Bachelor Degree or Experience
