Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent agent-based systems leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced AI frameworks.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agentic AI architectures, Python programming, and hands-on experience with LLMs for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
Integrate LLMs into multi-agent workflows for reasoning, planning, and problem-solving.
Develop scalable solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks. Optimize performance and reliability of agent-based systems in production environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions.
Mandatory Skills Agentic AI Expertise:
Strong understanding of agent-based architectures, autonomous agents, and multi-agent systems. Experience building systems that leverage reasoning, planning, and goal-directed behavior.
Python Programming: Advanced proficiency in Python for AI/ML development.
Familiarity with libraries such as LangChain, Transformers, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
LLMs (Large Language Models): Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, or similar).
Ability to fine-tune, prompt-engineer, and integrate LLMs into applications.
Preferred Skills Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning, Knowledge Graphs, or Planning Algorithms.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
