Elevation Land Solutions is looking for a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to step into a dual-impact rolecombining leadership, quality control, and mentorship. What Youll Do

As a Lead Engineer & Peer Reviewer, youll play a pivotal role in both project execution and team development.

• Provide PM-level oversight and guidance to project and production teams
• Serve as the technical lead for key developments, ensuring deliverables are on track and in line with company vision

Peer Review & Quality Control

• Conduct timely, in-depth reviews of designs and plan sets
• Help minimize rework and resubmittals through proactive design assessments
• Enforce design standards and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality work
• Serve as a coach and mentor to Designers, Drafters, and less-experienced Engineers
• Encourage growth through knowledge-sharing, technical guidance, and contextual reasoning behind decisions
• Be a driving force in building accountability and excellence in design teams

? What You Bring

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• 5+ years in land development or civil design
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Comfortable making decisions and signing and sealing engineering documents
• Ability to provide robust engineering judgement on a wide variety of items relating to designs or construction plans
• Should have a track record of providing thorough, quality plan set reviews/or managing projects successfully to completion
• Deep knowledge of industry best practices and municipal standards
• A passion for elevating people and projects
