Location: Hybrid; Requires 2-3 days in office per week

Position Summary

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist is responsible for managing all invoicing activities for Contract Compliance (CC) engagements and ensuring accurate, timely, and policy?compliant billing to customers. This role works closely with CC management and key stakeholders to gather required documentation, validate billing data, and maintain organized, audit?ready records. In addition to core invoicing responsibilities, the AR Specialist supports CC project workflows by providing essential administrative and project management support. Success in this role requires strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and generate customer invoices promptly based on contracts and customer requirements
  • Ensure invoices reflect correct pricing, tax, discounts, and contract terms
  • Verify billing compliance with company policies and ensure timely issuance of invoices
  • Maintain organized invoice files, supporting documents, and audit?ready records
  • Provide AR aging summaries, billing status reports, and delinquency updates to finance leadership
  • Coordinate completion of routine to complex projects, in support of the Contract Compliance team
  • Provide other project management and administrative support services as requested
  • Strong project/time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast?paced environment while coordinating multiple and changing priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure, carry out urgent requests, and meet tight deadlines
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Education/Experience

Must have a Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and a minimum of two years of data analysis, business analysis, or directly related experience.

Language Ability

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret information from a variety of business process systems (e.g., Peoplesoft, SAP, Ariba, Oracle, etc.). Ability to clearly assemble audit guidelines and contract information in prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to senior management in client and supplier organizations.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Incumbent is also expected to demonstrate excellent Leadership qualities.

Traveling Demands

Requires no or limited traveling to conduct duties of position.
