Must Have Yardi experience
Property accounting- should have that knowledge
Operating expense recovery
Mixture of office tower and retail

Nice to have skills:
Mixture of office tower and retail
Retail experience would be helpful

Years of Experience: Minimum of 5-7

Education: Bachelor's degree would be preferred

Software skills:
Yardi is a MUST
Good excel skills
MS Office

Summary:
