We're hiring an experienced Multifamily Construction Superintendent to lead a ground-up apartment project in Houston, TX. This role requires 5+ years of multifamily field experience and strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills.

Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of construction site operations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining schedules, managing budgets, and coordinating with project management teams for successful completion of projects. The Construction Superintendent will also ensure quality standards are upheld and work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety practices
• Strong skills in Project Management and Budgeting
• Proficiency in Organization Skills, with attention to detail and time management
• Familiarity with relevant construction codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Experience with technology applications in construction is a plus
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• OSHA certification and training in First Aid/CPR are highly desirable
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in commercial or multifamily projects
