In this role, you will manage check production, document processing, and mailroom operations to ensure smooth and efficient financial workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesCheck Production* Prepare, print, and process checks for disbursement.* Ensure accuracy and timely completion of check runs for Corporate Accounts Payable teams* Perform quality control checks on all printed checks before distribution.Document Management* Collect, sort, prepare, and scan documents related to financial transactions.* Label and enter documents into the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.* Perform post-scanning quality checks and file original records securely.* Properly dispose of confidential documents in accordance with company policy.Mailroom Operations* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages* Prepare and process outgoing mail and assist with returned or unclaimed mail.* Vendor & Inventory Management* Maintain relationships with courier services (UPS, USPS, FedEx).* Track mail and invoicing using Excel or other tools.* Order and maintain office supplies and stockroom inventory.* Replace toner in printers and copiers and manage service requests with equipment vendors.Other Duties* Provide coverage for other business service functions as needed.* Maintain a clean desk policy and secure environment.Qualifications* High School diploma required.* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).* Ability to learn new software quickly.* Strong organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.* Comfortable with light physical activity, including lifting up to 25 lbs. occasionally.* Regular, predictable attendance is essential.* Positive attitude and commitment to delivering premier service.
