- Insurance Verification
- Medical Billing & Corrected Claims
- Epic & Meditech experience
- Hospital (Inpatient & Outpatient) background
?? Role Overview:
- Handle medical collections and account resolution
- Follow up on AR and resolve patient balances
- Communicate with patients, clients, and reimbursement vendors
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and client guidelines
- Maintain high patient & client satisfaction
?? Responsibilities:
- Manage active AR & BD inventory
- Perform collection activities as per business objectives
- Understand end-to-end hospital collection workflows
