Clinical & Treatment Responsibilities:

• Performing advanced facial treatments, including but not limited to:
Microdermabrasion, Oxygen Facials, Hydro-facial, Chemical Peels, Plasma Facials, Skin Clearing Facials, Micro-needling, Jet Plasma, and other advanced treatments

• Performing body treatments, including but not limited to:
Radio Frequency, Ultrasound, Cavitation, EMS Slim, wood therapy and waxing (are a plus), Body Contouring, Cellulite Reduction, LED Light Therapy, Lipo Laser, Body Scrubs, Back Facials, Scalp Massages, Vichy Shower Treatments, Hot Stone Therapy, Dark Area Lightening Treatments, and other corporal services offered by the spa.

• Facilitating additional wellness services such as Chromotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Salt Therapy, teeth whitening, hair restauration, skin tag removal, and future specialty treatments

Additional Responsibilities:

•Upselling products and services to clients in a professional and client-focused manner

• Assisting at the reception desk with bookings, payments, opening/closing and resolving client concerns.

• Assisting the spa owner with planning, organizing, coordinating, and executing daily business operations.
• Supervising staff, providing training, support, and redirection when needed.
• Preparing monthly reports for the owner, including overall spa performance, progress toward goals, and inventory

• Attending events, trainings, retreats, trunk shows, and networking opportunities to promote Aesthetica Organic Spa
• Supporting social media efforts, including appearing in videos as a speaker or presenter.
• Ensuring compliance with all local, safety, hygiene, and building regulations, including cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas, helping with the cleaning and laundry.

What We're Looking For:
Licensed Aesthetician with at least 2 years of experience

Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge with advanced face & body treatments
Professional, dependable, and client-focused
Passion for wellness
