REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: (Employee may perform any combination of the essential functions shown below. • Maintain Apartment Inventory for Synergy's domestic portfolio
• Prepare monthly apartment renewal reports
• Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with apartment communities
• Process apartment renewals and notices to vacate
• Perform onboarding of new apartment communities
• Support the Inventory Manager in acquiring new inventory
• Audit new inventory acquisitions for consistency and accuracy in our order entry system
• Maintain Apartment Community Database
• Perform quarterly apartment community geographic surveys and updates apartment community database accordingly

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in Excel including functions and lookups
• SQL/VBA knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to build rapport while being a firm negotiator
