This role supports a new accounting system and new POS implementation. The Warehouse Admin will oversee administrative warehouse operations and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry for all stock shipments in the Agile Warehouse Portal
Process essential paperwork (packing slips, shipping labels, etc.)
Act as primary point of contact for distributors and contractors regarding pickups and deliveries
Process Purchase Orders (input data into Podio and Sage)
Process cable invoices once shipment notifications are received
Process ITS invoices based on job completion
Maintain and update spreadsheets for POs and invoices (Excel)
Update job status in Podio based on distributor information
Required Skills & Qualifications
Critical Skills / Technologies:
1-3 years of experience as a Warehouse Admin or in a warehouse environment
Experience entering and processing Purchase Orders and Invoices
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Skills / Technologies:
Any accounting-related background or experience is a plus
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
