Brief Description
Are you ready to make a real difference in people's lives? Join the Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD as a Program Director III for Peers for Hope House. Under the supervision of the Director of Emergency Services and Residential Programs, this role involves staffing, performance standards, compliance, and leadership. It requires collaboration across divisions, community engagement, travel, flexible hours, and on-call duties.

Your Role In Action

  • Plan and implement program objectives according to policies and procedures.
  • Ensure standards are met, develop trauma-informed services, and supervise staff performance.
  • Maintain compliance with certifications, monitor service delivery, and review quality reports.
  • Set measurable goals to meet agency standards and review data for compliance and quality.
  • Maintain professional interactions, monitor budgets, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure ethical conduct.

Education

  • Master's degree in Human services or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum five years in management overseeing 24-hour programs, budgets, and revenue activities.
  • At least five years in mental health or disabilities settings.
  • Preferred lived experience with mental health/substance use issues and willingness to share it.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Knowledge of WRAP, trauma-informed environments, and peer certification curricula.
  • Basic management principles, leadership skills, strong communication, proficiency in Word/Excel, EPIC, and community stakeholder engagement.
