Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven LNFA with:

• At least 3 years of leadership experience as an Administrator in a large skilled nursing community
• A proven track record of success, including the ability to discuss survey outcomes and implement quality improvements.
• A current and valid LNFA license in Texas
• The willingness to relocate if necessary
