Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the on-site management team, responsible for maintaining the property's exterior image.
• Physically able to lift 80-100 lbs. regularly.
• Conduct daily property inspections to ensure cleanliness, including picking up litter and maintaining landscaping.
• Ensure mail rooms and common areas are clean, including sweeping floors and removing dated notices.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed.
• Assist with apartment make-readies as assigned, including trashing vacant units and checking appliances and smoke detectors.
• Clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments.
• Install, move, and hook up appliances as needed.
• Replace air filters for occupied apartments as scheduled.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the pool area, including hosing down, picking up trash, and straightening chairs.
• Perform light painting duties as directed.
• Thoroughly clean vacant apartments between resident turnovers.
• Provide assistance to the Lead Service Manager or Service Technician as requested.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Able to be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
• This role may require a valid driver's license.
