General Summary:

• Assist in the creation and decoration of cakes and various bakery products.

Essential Job Functions:

• Decorate and fill cakes, prepare icings, train assistant bakers, maintain cleanliness in the bakery, provide excellent customer service, and record customer orders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must demonstrate the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for successful performance.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to read and write in both English and Spanish, follow instructions accurately, multitask effectively, and use baking tools such as knives, mixers, and ovens, while understanding fundamental baking principles.
