About the Role

The organization is excited to invite applications for the role of Chief Officer of People and Culture (CPCO). This key position will shape the strategic direction of people practices, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and succession planning that aligns with our mission and values. The CPCO will lead collaborative initiatives to attract, retain, and empower top talent across our multi-site, federated structure. You will be instrumental in building a strong culture characterized by collaboration, belonging, and community. This role also involves serving as a vital liaison to the National Board of Directors' Governance, Compensation, and Nominating Committee.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, business management, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. You must have at least 10 years of senior HR leadership experience and a proven track record in crafting effective people and culture strategies. We seek a visionary leader with exceptional interpersonal skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence and inspire others.

Experience in talent acquisition, compensation and benefits programs, and a solid background in nonprofit organizations are highly desirable. Additionally, the CPCO will lead organizational change management, culture, and leadership training to ensure our workplace culture reflects our values and goals.
