The Company is actively seeking an innovative and driven Senior Biostatistics Director to spearhead a team of biostatisticians. This role is central to providing strategic statistical guidance for groundbreaking drug development projects aimed at addressing life-altering conditions, particularly in neurology, rare diseases, and neurodegenerative disorders.

You will oversee critical statistical components of regulatory submissions, working closely with the FDA to ensure the highest quality and integrity of data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will hold a Ph.D. in biostatistics, statistics, or a related field, with at least 12 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors, along with a strong history of successful regulatory submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a talented team of biostatisticians.
  • Provide expert statistical input for regulatory submissions and interactions with the FDA.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of biostatistical advancements and regulatory guidance.
