What You'll Do

• Prepare & Deliver: Receive, clean, and prepare plants and decorative elements for client installations.
• Install with Precision: Safely load, transport, and install horticultural products at various client locations.
• Maintain Our Fleet: Assist in maintaining company vehicles by washing and providing general care.
• Keep It Stocked: Manage and maintain installation kits and supplies efficiently.
• Friendly & Professional: Communicate effectively with clients and support the supervisor regarding account-related concerns.

What You'll Bring

• Physical Strength: Ability to lift 50-75 lb. plants and containers frequently throughout the day.
• Dexterity & Skill: Capable of climbing ladders and adept in using hand tools like pruners, saws, and sprayers.
• Safety First: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.
• Attention to Detail: Proficiency in documenting work orders and time sheets accurately.
• Reliability: Consistent punctuality and readiness to work every day.

Physical Requirements

This position involves strenuous work that requires good vision, hearing, climbing skills, balance, and the ability to stoop, kneel, reach, and lift. Employees must be capable of working a 10-hour shift in varying greenhouse and/or office conditions.
