Kirksey is seeking a dynamic, motivated Project Coordinator or Project Architect to join our Houston office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full project team and documentation, including specifications, all consultants, and their documents.
• Serve as a resource for the project team, providing technical guidance to resolve design issues while maintaining design intent.
• Facilitate open communication among all project team members internal team, owners, contractors, consultants, and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Coordinate all construction administration processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience is preferred.
