Hands-on state and federal e-filing experience required

Job Description
Draft, format, and finalize pleadings, discovery, motions, subpoenas, and litigation correspondence
Handle state and federal e-filing independently without third-party filing services
Maintain attorney calendars and manage critical litigation deadlines
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Support multiple attorneys with varying work styles and priorities
Assist with preparation for mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings
Provide high-level administrative support on complex business and commercial litigation matters
Qualifications
7+ years of legal assistant or legal secretary experience in business or commercial litigation
Strong working knowledge of state and federal court procedures and filing requirements
