Job Summary
The Busser is responsible for making sure that tables are set, silverware is placed correctly and glasses stay full. They support the wait staff to ensure all tables are set and cleared in a timely manner. The ideal busser is detail oriented, self-motivated and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.

Bussers at Epicure Café have the potential to earn up to $18.00 per hour with tips!

Responsibilities

• Quickly and efficiently clear tables within the café and setup for next guest
• Wash and clean dishes in dish area, sort silverware, and assist with silverware rollups
• Clean and maintain restrooms
• Ensure floors stay clean throughout the shift
• Assist guest with drink refills and clearing plates as needed.
• Restock grab and go coolers and ensure café is presentable at all times

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
• Able to multi-task
• Ability to stand for long period so time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
• Customer service focused and solution oriented
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on Café needs
• Food handler's card is required according to local and or state regulations

Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
