Security Team Lead /Armed Officer for OL Security LLC. (License #C28357601 )
$21/hour, based on experience.

OL Security is actively seeking individuals with a competitive edge to hire as Team Leads. The individual will be able to verbalize their capabilities and experience within the security officer profession.

Team Leader positions will be filled by candidates who are currently certified as a level 3 commissioned security officer and have a strong security background.

The team lead's primary responsibility is to protect the contracted client's employees, guests, and facilities while following Standard Operating Procedures and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a strong visible presence to deter disturbances and ensure guest safety.
• Vetting of guests.
• Professionally address unwanted behavior and de-escalate aggressive behavior.
• Enforce house rules.
• Complete detailed incident reports and account for security equipment assigned to the location.
• Assist in emergency response situations and help coordinate evacuations or medical assistance if required.

Qualifications:
Professional Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in security, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Documented ability in managing or leading a security team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with emergency procedures,
• Ability to calmly use de-escalation techniques during tense situations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain alert, be observant, and courteous at all times.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and working nights/weekends.
• Report writing and conflict resolution skills are essential.
• Lead/Train new security officers at as needed.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
Expected work hours are as scheduled, typically:

• Sunday through Wednesday is 7 P.M. until 12 P.M.
• Thursday through Saturday 7 P.M. until 2 A.M.
• Other available hours scheduled as needed by client.
