New Tech Global Staffing is currently seeking a Rotor / Mud Rotor Polisher for a client located in Cleveland, TX to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity.

Pay:

Very competitive, dependent upon experience level (approximately $18.00 - $28.00 per hour)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday
Full-time (Overtime available based on workload)

Summary:

Responsible for polishing, finishing, and preparing mud rotors and rotational oil & gas components to meet strict surface finish, dimensional, and quality requirements prior to coating or final inspection. This role supports oil & gas manufacturing and repair operations in a fast?paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities
• Polish and finish mud rotors and rotor assemblies to required surface finish specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, grinders, and polishing equipment to remove surface imperfections
• Perform pre?process and post?process inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Measure components using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
• Maintain consistent finishes while protecting critical dimensions and tolerances
• Identify surface defects and communicate issues to supervisors or quality personnel
• Follow work instructions, job travelers, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support production schedules and assist team members as needed
• Willingness to work overtime as required
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications
• Previous experience polishing mud rotors, rotors, or similar oil & gas components
• Knowledge of surface finish requirements and industrial polishing techniques
• Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing shop environment
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and specifications
• Comfortable using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle large or heavy components
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem?solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
